Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocations.
Recommend cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial summaries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years' experience
in cost accounting, preferably in a
manufacturing or construction company
.
Strong knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP software is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
