Job Description
:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in cost accounting, with strong skills in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems. You will be responsible for accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost reports and budgets. Maintain accurate cost records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Use ERP and accounting software to record and monitor financial transactions. Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to gather cost data. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Generate detailed reports using advanced MS Excel functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cost Accountant. Proficient in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (specify if any preferred, e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
