WE ARE LOOKING FOR COSMTIC SALES STAFF/EXECUTIVE!! Objectives: You will be working as a full time cosmetic sales staff/executive for a K-cosmetic brand as well as the company's in-house brand. Your objective is to ensure that brands are promoted in positive light, customers have their needs met, inquiries answered, the right product is delivered to them.
You will be put under probation for 2 days or so. Job Responsibilities:
- To help customers find the products that meet their needs and cross sell other products.
- Keep the store area clean and tidy at all times.
- To maintain proper stock levels and ask for replenishments when required.
- To keep up-to-date on current trends and skincare/makeup products.
- Build customer relations and brand loyalty.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contribute in marketing activities to push sales. Qualifications:
- Must have enthusiasm towards cosmetics. Product knowledge is the MOST IMPORTANT factor.
- Strong English communication skills is a must. (Arabic speaking is a plus).
- Self starter and a fast learner.
- Previous experience in or possessing knowledge of customer service.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Skills:
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Customer service skills.
- People skills - ability to be empathetic and meet and speak with multiple customers of differing backgrounds. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
