Select competent and available personnel from the offshore pool and assign to projects
Build relationships with offshore personnel to ensure continued utilization and commitment
Provide full assignment details to staff and temporary workers including; mobilization and check-in details, pre-job/assessment requirements, expected duration of assignment
Advise HR team of any requirements for additional personnel providing full details of work scope and any training and competence requirements
Ensure all contact, applicant, job and placement records are accurate and complete within own area of responsibility in line with company procedure
Carry out daily tracking of offshore pool to ensure visibility of days worked and any periods of unavailability
Ensure staff utilization is maximized
Receipt and action of mobilization forms ensuring relevant planners are updated
Manage mobilization requests via client online system where required
Arrange travel and accommodation if required. Ensure any requests out-with radius are approved by the appropriate manager
Raise POs where necessary and manage process through to close out
Provide assistance to other members of the HR Team where required
Undertake out of hours on-call duties on a rotational basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or equivalent
Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge
Experience in a similar role for 5 years or more.
Well-versed with MS Office, Outlook, and the internet.
