This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for end-to-end support on company setup and business formation services in the UAE.
Assist with the preparation and submission of documents for company registration, trade licenses, and government approvals.
Provide PRO support including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor/immigration formalities.
Follow up on visa processes, ensuring timely updates to clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.
Liaise with various government authorities and free zones as required.
Ensure timely and smooth execution of operational tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within UAE-based company formation or PRO services.
Strong knowledge of UAE company setup procedures, visa processing, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups professionally.
Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Good command over English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Candidate:

Familiar with dealings in Free Zones and Mainland company setups.
