answering light call volumes professionally, managing the Chairman's diary, handling company incorporations, renewals, and filings, and assisting clients with authority appointments and documentation.
Candidates with
law or business administration backgrounds
and experience in UAE company setups and renewals are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and greet clients professionally.
Manage the Chairman's calendar and meeting bookings.
Assist with company incorporation, renewals, and compliance filings.
Support clients with medical, visa, and government authority appointments.
Handle document certification and verification tasks.
Maintain accurate client records and correspondence.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in
Law, Business Administration, or related field
preferred.
Experience in corporate services or administrative support in the UAE.
Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
Professional, organised, and client-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
