Role: Corporate Service Executive Profile: We are looking for a goal oriented professional who is able to work with all levels of an organization and also, who has hands on experience in company formation at UAE. Perform the job independently and also as a part of the team. Roles and Responsibilities: - Experience in company formation at UAE \xe2\x80\x93 Main Land and all the free zones. - Experience in applying for new, renewal, cancellation of Visa and Work Permit - Liaising with banks for Opening Corporate and Individual Bank Accounts and expedite the process - Interaction with various clients for providing valuable suggestions related to business set up etc., - Maintaining good and strong bonding & relationship with the clients and providing best services & satisfaction as possible - Good knowledgebase for government services - Manage client expectations and deliver content in a relatable format. - Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements, and their resulting impact on business needs. - Knowledge of government regulations as you will need to provide advice based on current regulations. - Familiarity with UAE Labour and Immigration Ministries and other government bodies. - Getting different types of Government Approvals in order to ensure businesses run legally and seamlessly. - Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives - Attending events and networking sessions from different Business Councils in Dubai and Abu Dhabi - To identify new markets and customer needs Requirements Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role in company formation, Business setup sector - Be responsible for the analytical support of sourcing projects, assisting in the decision making process for contract awards - Remain current on the socio \xe2\x80\x93 political environment and how that is impacting clients, especially those at high risk nationalities. - Develop, co-ordinate and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions - Complies with federal, security, and legal requirements by following adherence to requirements. Experience Minimum 3-5 years of Corporate Services (Company Formation) experience dealing with various Government Authorities and Freezones is a must. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage clients on their own. . Full understanding of documents. Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
