Visit companies to introduce and promote the company's financial services (e.g., salary transfer, FX, Gold, and bulk remittances).
Support the onboarding process of new clients in coordination with the operations and marketing teams.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to assist in campaign execution and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Operations team to help retain customers by offering competitive rates when needed and timely support.
Maintain regular contact with customers and follow up on request to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Maintain a daily log of visited clients, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
Attend and participate in training sessions to improve service knowledge, communication skills, and compliance awareness.
Assist in preparing/collecting client documents or forms under supervision to fulfill Company's requirements for onboarding customers and continuous relationship. Report client feedback, challenges, or leads to the supervisor or manager on a regular basis.
