Insurance Business Development Specialist

. This pivotal role is responsible for expanding our network of insurance partners by identifying, engaging, and securing new contracts with insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong negotiation skills, and an existing network within the UAE's insurance sector to drive new vehicle accounts to our garage.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Acquisition:

Identify and research potential new insurance companies for partnership opportunities. Initiate contact, build rapport, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within target insurance companies. Present NAYNAWA AUTO MAINT. WSHOP's capabilities and value proposition to prospective partners. Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and secure new service agreements/contracts with insurance providers.

Account Onboarding & Management:

Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new insurance company accounts, including setting up necessary files, systems, and communication channels. Act as the primary point of contact for new insurance partners, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained. Work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth processing of vehicles received from new insurance partners.

Vehicle Flow Generation & Business Growth:

Develop strategies to increase the volume of accident vehicles directed to our garage from newly acquired and existing insurance companies.

Responsible for bringing accident cars from insurance companies to the workshop, collaborating with our existing estimators to facilitate this process for business growth.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for new partnerships, ensuring targets for vehicle intake are met.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about trends, changes, and competitive landscape within the UAE's automotive insurance and repair sectors. Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and challenges.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all business development activities, contacts, and pipeline progress. Prepare regular reports on new account acquisitions and vehicle intake from insurance partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of successful business development, sales, or account management experience, preferably within the automotive repair industry, insurance sector, or a related field in the UAE.

Demonstrable track record of establishing and securing new business accounts/contracts with corporate clients, ideally insurance companies.

Network:

An existing network of contacts within insurance companies in the UAE is highly advantageous.

Skills:

Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (essential for effective communication in the UAE market). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and insurance claim procedures.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Driving License:

Valid UAE driving license is essential.
