Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate prospects through outreach, cold calling, and networking with local businesses.
Conduct at least 6 corporate visits per week, aiming to close roughly 45 new partnerships per month.
Plan and execute 5+ corporate wellness events per month, such as health fairs, on-site classes, or wellness days.
Prepare customized presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize partner agreements; track payments and contracts comprehensively.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, training, wellness) to produce promotional materials, arrange logistics, and ensure consistent branding.
Manage CRM entries and update corporate trackers; provide regular progress reports to management.
Ensure compliance with corporate discount structures and legal terms of each agreement.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue collections per the corporate sales budget.
Serve as a professional front for the gym's brand, delivering timely and effective client support, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Sports Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in corporate wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and corporate tracking tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts and events.
Results-driven and proactive, with a clear focus on reaching sales targets.
Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry landscape is a strong plus.
May require a driver's license and local transportation for outreach visits.
