Key Responsibilities
Initiate contact with potential clients via calls/emails; send quotations and follow up regularly
Maintain accurate and organized administrative records
Reconnect with past clients to build lasting relationships
Attend pre-event meetings to finalize client requirements
Manage and respond promptly to all client inquiries
Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional welcome
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the event on-site
Conduct post-event reviews and submit client feedback reports
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients at all times
Follow appropriate dress code and office etiquette
Assist in answering calls when sales team members are unavailable
Requirements
2+ years in corporate sales, events, or client servicing
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
