- Role: People Lead (Fleet & Rider Operations Executive )
- Employment Type: Contract
- Client Industry: Logistics
- Contract Duration: 1 year (Extendable)
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Start Date: Immediate or 30 days
- Daily management of rider operations including attendance tracking and query resolution
- Allocation and reassignment of bikes to riders based on availability and operational needs
- Coordination with internal departments for rider onboarding/offboarding
- Tracking of fines, Salik, fuel, and other deductions related to fleet usage
- Maintenance of accurate logs and operational data on Google Sheets and Excel
- Regular follow-ups with vendors and teams for vehicle servicing and GPS installations
- Ensuring compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines
