RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Generate revenue by acquiring new leads and converting them into business deals
Conduct sales visits and calls to client premises to generate new opportunities
Assist in developing business goals, budgets, strategies, and action plans
Update action plans and sales objectives periodically
Penetrate existing markets and identify new business opportunities
Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and external events
Coordinate internally with departments like Revenue, Contracting, and Reservations for smooth operations
Stay informed on customer preferences and market trends to guide sales efforts
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry
Strong network within the UAE corporate travel and hotel sectors
Specialization in corporate travel and MICE
Established relationships with government entities, pharmaceutical firms, training companies, and other relevant sectors
Strong sales skills and results-driven mindset
Excellent English communication; Arabic is an added advantage
Ability to travel without restrictions
