About the role

Join a leading UAE-based manufacturer specializing in high-efficiency solar panels and sustainable energy solutions for the GCC and international markets.

This is a critical legal role focused on managing and mitigating risk associated with our core products. You will be instrumental in protecting company interests by ensuring the legal soundness of all product warranties, guarantees, and commercial compliance under UAE law.

Core Responsibilities

Contract Drafting:

Draft and review all product warranty and guarantee documentation.

Risk & Liability:

Advise management on warranty claims, liability, and risk exposure.

Compliance:

Ensure strict legal compliance of service terms under UAE commercial law and relevant standards.

Commercial Support:

Provide legal review for EPC and customer contracts to identify and mitigate risks.

Policy:

Develop and implement internal compliance policies for warranty processes.

Key Requirements

Degree in Law

(Corporate, Commercial, or Contract Law preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years

of experience in corporate legal advisory, ideally within manufacturing, energy, or renewable energy.

Strong, verifiable understanding

of warranty, guarantee, liability frameworks, and the ability to apply these concepts in a commercial setting. Excellent written and verbal communication in

English

(Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
