Job Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in the rapidly evolving investment sector. As a Corporate Legal Counsel , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's legal operations align with international regulatory frameworks, including family law and investment law. You will provide strategic legal support to safeguard the business's interests while driving innovation and compliance within the investment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal guidance and support on all matters related to investment law, family law and commercial laws. Manage and oversee the legal, compliance, and regulatory functions of the company, ensuring adherence to both UAE and international laws related to investment activities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the UAE, UK, and globally Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the company meets regulatory requirements in diverse jurisdictions. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulators, ensuring effective communication and coordination on all legal matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, risk, and finance, to ensure the seamless implementation of legal and compliance strategies in investment and blockchain projects. Provide training and legal guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, including the latest regulatory updates. Stay updated on changes in global laws, regulations, and market trends related to investment, and financial technologies, and provide proactive legal advice to the business.

Requirements:

UK law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) or has held a full-time role in the UK At least 5 years of experience in Family Law and UAE Litigation Proven experience in managing legal and compliance functions Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, as well as UK law Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UAE time) Availability for after-hours discussions to cover UK time zone ( occasional evenings and weekends)
