Job Description
Jollibee UAE is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (supplier agreements, leases, service contracts, etc.) Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations in the UAE Handle real estate-related legal matters (rental/leasing, fit-outs) Manage dispute resolution, litigation support, and risk mitigation Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and HR
Qualifications & Skills:
Law degree with a strong understanding of UAE corporate and commercial law Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation Fluent in Arabic with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office tools is highly desirable
