Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE corporate regulations and English Law, with proven experience in contracts drafting and corporate structuring matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in structuring corporate entities, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documentation. Liaise with regulatory authorities, ensuring full legal compliance. Represent the firm and its clients in negotiations, audits, and regulatory inspections. Conduct legal research and analysis, staying current with changes in the UAE corporate regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Law degree from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law and contracts drafting, preferably within the UAE. Excellent knowledge of UAE regulatory framework. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in English; Arabic / Spanish language skills will be considered a strong advantage. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
