We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer fluent in Arabic and English to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and represent clients in negotiations and corporate transactions. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate law, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to handle complex legal issues with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic legal guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and international best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
