Corporate Lawyer Consultancy Work

Job Description
Our client is an established legal consulting firm with experience in advising on large scale transactions in the Middle East and Africa. They are currently looking to engage with a mid-senior-level corporate M&A Lawyer to assist on a project on a consultancy basis.
Prior experience in working with clients in the KSA or the Middle East would be beneficial but is not essential.
Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales and training and/or experience gained within a leading International Law firm, highly regarded for their corporate M&A work, is essential.
Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of 5 years\' PQE in handling corporate M&A matters, possess a keen eye for detail and be available to start this consultancy project imminently.
Candidates can expect to be engaged on a non-exclusive basis, be paid a competitive rate for this project work and be able to work remotely from home.
