About the Role

As a Corporate & Groups Executive, you will be responsible for generating room and event bookings by building client relationships and creating attractive packages. You will coordinate with hotel teams to ensure flawless service delivery and work towards achieving sales targets



Key Responsibilities



Identify and target corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel managers, bookers and other decision makers.

Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages for corporate, group and event related inquiries and bookings.

Schedule, plan and organize sales activities including sales calls, site inspections, entertainment and calls.

Handle inquiries and provide tailored solutions for meetings, conferences, and events.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Monitor hotelligence, STR and other market intelligence reports as part of day-to-day sales activities.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.



About You



At least 1 year of experience in a 5-star / international hotel.

Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language.

Computer literate - conversant with Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Delphi/sales force

Strong interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of selling skills.
