What You'll Do

• Manage special projects and deliver assignments as directed by the line manager

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in governance, compliance, or risk management roles
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
