Position: Corporate Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our firm\'s financial activities and strategies, overseeing investment portfolios, and contributing to financial decision-making that will ensure the long-term financial health of our organization. This role involves close collaboration with senior management to assess and execute investment strategies, financial planning, risk management, and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm\'s objectives, including capital structure optimization, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis efforts to evaluate various financial scenarios and investment opportunities.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions to secure funding and negotiate financial agreements.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against strategic goals.
- Lead the analysis of investment opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, and financial modeling. Make recommendations on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital expenditure projects.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance against plans, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
