The Role

• The Corporate Director of Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day marketing efforts and is responsible for the overall Positioning of the hotels, product communications and local customer development including, Rooms, Restaurants, and Events. . In addition, he is responsible for implementing marketing strategy, market performance and meeting budget, forecasting, and good business integration intentions. . Strategies will include pricing, status, direct sales, market mix, marketing, and public relations. . Candidates for this position must have a flexible leadership style, have excellent communication and decision-making skills and smart business insight

Requirements

• Develop, prepare and implement the Marketing Strategy and activity calendar. . Working closely with the Sales & Revenue teams to ensure all necessary PR & Marketing initiatives are in line with the Company objectives. . Managing the Marketing team and overseeing their projects to ensure in line with Company objectives. . The ability to maintain a rewards program / (Loyalty Program). . Guide the social media specialists to manage the social accounts professionally and promote the proper content. . Observe the graphic design team to ensure efficiency, quality and excellence of their designing tasks. . Responsible for producing, including content, all required branded (promotional) materials, both offline and online, for all target markets, . Responsible for agency selection, price and contract negotiations, budget management and project management. . Developing a wide range of innovative brand (chain) messages and differentiators and devising appropriate communication methods. . Liaising with main suppliers i.e. printers, graphic design, media agencies, PR agencies and photographers.
