We are looking for a

Senior Corporate Communications Officer

to join our team and lead communication efforts across the DLI Group. This role will help shape our internal and external messaging, support employee engagement, and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies for the company and group entities. Create content for websites, brochures, announcements, newsletters, and more. Support internal communication initiatives like employee engagement events, trainings, and celebrations. Assist in delivering company updates, new policies, and internal news. Coordinate with different departments to ensure clear and effective messaging. Write press releases, media content, and leadership messages. Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and are proofread before publication. Track communication campaign results and suggest improvements. Work closely with HR and Marketing teams on shared goals. Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
Requirements

4+ years of experience in corporate communications or similar roles. Strong writing and editing skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Experience with internal communications and content creation. Familiarity with branding and communication tools is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
