Job Description

The Analyst is a junior level position in Corporate Banking involved with the team on credit due diligence, transaction execution, KYC and various other tasks to support bankers to manage their client portfolio.

Responsibilities: Participate in client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of the team Organize and analyze financial statements and information used in client proposals Support the team in credit approval memos, analysis, capital and risk approvals and other process tasks for bankers to be effective in maximizing business with their clients Undertake economic research on the macro environment and analysis of different industries relevant to client base Evaluate public filings, research reports, operations, business plans and financial forecasts Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications: Background in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration 0-2 years of relevant experience Able to analyze financial statements, have an understanding of macro-economic indicators and financial markets Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Planning and organizational skills

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
