Off-Cycle Internship Overview

Why the International Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Intern Programme?
As an off-cycle analyst you will enter a supportive, collaborative environment known for its pace. During your internship, we will teach you entrepreneurial skills within the bank\'s fast-growing division. You will have access to our diverse bank groups and product sets, building versatility. You\'ll interact with global clients, support in deals, and learn from senior bankers. This programme covers financial modelling, credit skills, CIB products, and solutions, plus understanding product sets like FX, DCM, and Barclaycard. You will gain a deeper understanding to master the end-to-end deal process, execution, and soft client management skills. You have the chance to contribute to growth, innovate solutions, align with sustainability goals, and assist senior bankers, gaining a platform for impact and development.

Your responsibilities encompass assisting with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, amongst others. Valuable career and job skills are learned from experienced colleagues. As an off-cycle analyst, you will be exposed to our projects for a longer period of time, allowing you to gain a deeper understand of our business area. If you decide to go on and do the graduate scheme, then you can have a tangible impact on the Corporate Bank while also advancing their own career journey and skillsets.

Who we\'re looking for
To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year of your degree in any discipline. Language Requirements: fluent in English and desirable in Arabic.
Ideally, you\'ll have a keen interest in finance and business. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.

Working in Dubai
