Job Description

We are currently looking for a Corporate Associate who can work independently in a growing team and can manage variety of work ranging from corporate agency work to managing large, complex transactions. Must have at least 3years of experience working for Law firm. ROLE:

• Draft, review, analyse and negotiate various types of corporate & commercial contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements, responses to requests for proposal and other transactional legal documents.
• Handle matters related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters for a wide range of sectors including healthcare, education, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
• Conduct due diligence; draft, review and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements with equity and debt components.
• Advise and represent business clients on a full range of issues associated with private equity firms, or investment advisors including regulatory/ compliance matters, investment vehicles, and governance structures.
• Advise private equity firms on the expansion, structuring, and consultation of direct private equity investments across a range of asset categories.
• Assist clients in a variety of investment transactions and asset management activities, including regulatory advice.
• Assist with investments compliance issues/ policies and reviewing, preparing and filing forms and preparing corporate governance materials.
• Work closely with and report to partners on corporate clients and case progressions.
• Analyse and understand business culture of competitors and clients to develop business opportunities, maintain existing clients and develop a network of business contacts. In addition, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce clients to different practice areas and departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Should be fluent in English
• Must have previous experience in a reputable law firm.
• Excellent legal ability with a practical commercial approach.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• At least two years\xe2\x80\x99 post qualification experience gained at a reputable firm, preferably in common law jurisdictions.
• Experience of wills and probate is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
