Corporate Associate



Our Corporate Department is seeking a talented

Corporate Associate

to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:



Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, manage due diligence and disclosure processes, and ensure the delivery of a high level of client service. Work closely with clients and fellow lawyers, while mentoring junior associates. Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate structures and compliance principles. Assist in creating and maintaining contract templates and key compliance processes. Conduct comprehensive KYC and due diligence checks on clients. Advise on key transaction documents, including term sheets, offer letters, subscription agreements, share sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements, and ancillary documentation. Support the Legal Department in providing both substantive legal assistance and administrative support.

Qualifications:



Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized common law or civil law jurisdiction.

3-5+ years PQE

in the corporate law sector. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Proven experience in

M&A, private equity, venture capital,

and/or

investment funds

. Knowledge of

compliance and regulatory frameworks

in the

UAE

will be an added advantage.
