Job Description

A highly regarded offshore law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 5yrs+ PQE to join its Dubai office. Candidates at 3 PQE will be considered provided they can commence by or before 31 December 2025
Offering exposure to high-value, cross-border mandates across the Middle East and global markets, the successful applicant will work alongside market-leading partners, advising on a broad range of corporate and investment-related matters, including:

• Fund formations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganisations
• Corporate structuring for investment managers, financial institutions, and HNW clients using Cayman and BVI vehicles
• Establishment of real estate and private equity platforms, including Shari'ah-compliant structures
• General corporate and governance advice to offshore entities involved in Middle East-based investments

The position offers direct client contact, complex transactional work, and strong progression opportunities within one of the most respected offshore practices in the region.
Key Requirements

• 5yrs+ PQE gained with a top-tier international or leading regional law firm
• Admitted in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, etc.)
• Solid transactional experience across corporate, M&A, funds, or joint-venture structuring
• Confidence managing cross-border matters and liaising with counterpart counsel globally
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills with strong commercial awareness
