Who We're Looking For:



5+ years' experience in executive or corporate support

Proven experience supporting UHNW clients, calendar management, board meetings, and high-risk client reviews

Strong knowledge of compliance, world checks, CRS/FATCA, and credit risk assessments

ADGM, RAK ICC, Immigration, Governance, and Banking experience highly preferred

Keen eye for detail, proactive, well-researched, and can-do attitude

Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and require minimal supervision

Professional qualifications a plus: STEP, Chartered Governance/Secretary, ICA compliance, CAT, ACCA

Full-time Abu Dhabi residents only (no Dubai commuters)

Key Responsibilities:



Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, resolutions, and agreements

Managing client and provider communications with professional finesse

Overseeing payments, invoices, and account management

Supporting corporate tax, VAT, and compliance reporting

Coordinating board meetings and quarterly/annual reviews for high-risk clients

Assisting with bank and investment account openings and license renewals

Supporting investment monitoring, CRS/FATCA reporting, and risk assessments

Collaborating across operations, client service, compliance, and finance
