Define Test cases, development test plans and documentation of technical test reports.
Implements network enhancements.
Handed over core devices acceptance (Controllers, EMS (e.x. AirWave), NMS, and Access points, WAGs, Routers, Switches and FW).
New core devices implementation & Configuration (Controllers, EMS (e.x. AirWave), NMS, Access points, WAGs, Routers, Switches and FW).
Configure and apply new AP profiles, AP groups, Policies ... etc. required by the customer.
Daily health check of all core devices.
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to client high management.
Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly meetings with client high management.
Optimizing (changing the RF parameters) of the congested sites.
Create tickets and troubleshoot with L3 support.
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users.
Handle complaints, takes preventive action and maintains a problem-free network.
Perform quarterly preventive maintenance of all core devices and rise related reports.
Responsible for L1 & L2 troubleshooting the complete solution "from the core perspective" including all systems (Controllers, EMS (e.x. AirWave), NMS, Access points, WAGs, Routers, Switches and FW).
Auditing the traffic flow and performing traffic engineering for network performance, stability and reliability.
Attending the MDTs with the other parties and departments such as the AAA, PCRF, DPI, networking, DHCP and like the DNS for the core.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
Miniumum 5 Years' experience
Certified in CCNP. Certificate of CCIE is preferable.
Should have excellent knowledge in IPv4, IPv6, routing, switching, various topologies, Access points, WLAN Controllers, in-Home Router, IPv4 / IPv6, TR-069, IPSEC, QoS, 802.11.
Excellent knowledge in routing, switching protocols. Knowledge in SNMP, RADIUS, CAPWAP, LWAP protocols is a plus.
Should have knowledge of various Network adjuncts and services i.e. AAA, EAP, WAG.
Must possess excellent industry knowledge and theoretical understanding of RFC standards, 802.11 specifications (a/b/g/n/ac, SISO, MIMO)
Experience with testing and Q/A of Layer 1 thru 7 networks.
Experience writing and developing detailed test cases and test plans.
Must possess expert skills and experience with server, desktop operating systems and applications (Windows, Linux).
Strong work ethic with a desire to meet and exceed personal and business goals.
