is a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Founded by an entrepreneur who grew an Airbnb business to 75 apartments in under two years, the community now helps others achieve similar success through courses, mentorship programs, and automated learning systems.




We are looking for a

Copywriter & Funnel Specialist

to own BNB IN DUBAI's conversion engine -- writing persuasive copy, building high-converting funnels, and setting up automations that turn leads into paying customers for our courses and community.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimise emails, landing pages, sales pages, and checkout flows. Build and manage conversion funnels end-to-end in Systeme.io. Set up and manage automations in Systeme.io, ManyChat, and Zapier (lead capture, nurture, sales). Continuously test and refine funnel performance (A/B testing headlines, CTAs, email sequences).
Develop and optimise lead-gen flows (e.g. Instagram ManyChat Free TrainingOffer). Collaborate with Content Manager to ensure messaging is consistent across socials, funnels, and email. Monitor funnel analytics and implement improvements to increase conversion rates. Write ad copy variations to support paid ads campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record in info-product / course business marketing. Must show case studies and results. Expert-level direct-response copywriting skills (sales pages, email sequences, nurture funnels). Tech-savvy: able to set up, edit, and optimise automations in Systeme.io, ManyChat, Zapier. Data-driven: comfortable analysing funnel stats and making optimisation decisions. Organised and proactive, able to own projects from start to finish without hand-holding. Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused work (not just content or brand copy). Open to remote (Philippines/elsewhere) or Dubai-based.
