- Develop & Implement Ad Strategies: Identify and execute opportunities for in-app supplier advertising to maximize revenue.
- Supplier Acquisition & Partnerships: Onboard new FMCG suppliers interested in sponsored promotions, banner ads, and featured placements.
- Ad Content & Performance Optimization: Work with suppliers to create engaging ad content and optimize placements for higher conversions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with key FMCG brands and retail partners.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Track ad performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, ADS Sales role, preferably in Media agency and/or FMCG.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills to manage supplier deals.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in ad performance tracking and reporting.
