Job Title: Copywriter

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our in-house team in Dubai.

The role focuses on creating clear, persuasive, and brand-consistent content across digital platforms, supporting marketing, sales, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, understands business and compliance-sensitive environments, and can demonstrate real, published work.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Write and edit high-quality copy for:
o Company websites and landing pages

o Corporate profiles and service descriptions

o Marketing materials and presentations

o Email campaigns, newsletters, and announcements

o Social media and digital ads (when required)

Adapt tone of voice for different audiences (corporate, marketing, client-facing) Ensure consistency with the company's brand identity and messaging
Collaboration & Review

Work closely with marketing, web development, and management teams Review and refine content based on feedback Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all written materials
Research & Optimization

Conduct basic research to understand services, industries, and target audiences Apply basic SEO principles when writing for web Support content optimization and performance improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Writing & Language

Excellent written/spoken English Strong grammar, structure, and clarity Ability to write both marketing and corporate-level content Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, Russian) are a strong advantage
Experience

3+ years of professional copywriting experience Experience working with corporate, legal, consulting, or B2B content is highly preferred Prior in-house or agency experience is a plus
Portfolio (Mandatory)

Ability to present a portfolio of published or real work, such as:
o Website pages

o Landing pages

o Corporate brochures

o Email campaigns

o LinkedIn or marketing content

Test assignments without a portfolio will not be considered
Soft Skills & Work Style

Strong attention to detail Ability to follow brand tone and guidelines Open to feedback and revisions Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
