Experience- 3 - 4 Years Roles and Responsibilities Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, website content, outdoors, radio-AV scripts, brochures, onsite collaterals, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, online ads and social networks Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns. Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability. Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience. Identifying customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company\'s current content. Developing content with different word play. Should have capabilities to think out of the box. Should be able to write content in English Preparing and publishing articles that market our company and products. Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated with necessary coordination and approval with creative team and marketing head before release. Liaise with Designers to enrich text with visual aids, like images and charts. Create and oversee reports on content (e.g., weekly or monthly) Desired Candidate Profile A proven Marketer, deeply familiar with the tools and techniques of digital marketing. Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field. Proven content writing or copywriting experience. An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g. social media posts) Working knowledge with real estate industry preferred. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. A portfolio of published articles. Excellent writing and editing skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
