Contract Duration is 6 months & extendable Key Accountabilities:
To develop and implement the company's communications strategy
To develop and execute media strategy across all media, including press, print, web, and publications.
Solely responsible for copywriting and production of key publications, newsletters, websites, welcome packs, info packs, notices, SMS, emailers, online content, signage, brochures, forms and customer communication.
Edit and prepare manuscripts on two levels: (1) copy editing (employing skills that assure consistency and accuracy within a manuscript regarding grammar, punctuation, syntax, and acceptable institution style); and (2) substantive editing, requiring critical sense and intuitive evaluation of factual accuracy and consistency of information - chronology of events, overall consistency of subject matter; verification of facts, rearrangement or deletion of material, analysis of data, and evaluation of documentation as to accuracy and thoroughness.
To take responsibility for the development and management of various websites, including keeping content up to date and appropriate, making improvements to functionality and maximizing its potential.
To develop and monitor of brand guidelines and key messages.
Research and write copy for external articles and press.
To lead on the copywriting and production of quarterly e-bulletins, welcome packs and newsletters.
To work with the Corporate Team to ensure that marketing and communications functions are aligned and complementary.
