Operate electroplating equipment to deposit metal layers on various surfaces.
Monitor and control the plating process to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.
Conduct surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, degreasing, and passivation before plating.
Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities using visual inspection techniques.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers, dates, and results.
Job Requirements :
More than 3 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in a copper plating industry
Working experience electroplating preferably in copper plating.
Strong understanding of chemical analysis principles applied to surface treatment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
