Coordinator
to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, managing documentation, and providing timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Prepare, manage, and organize all required documentation.
Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates and task completion.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Support daily operations and coordinate with different departments as needed.
Requirements:
Strong customer handling skills with a professional attitude.
Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
Proactive follow-up and communication skills.
Good command of English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
