Your Responsibilities Learn the processes/procedures/SOPs followed in the conduct of daily business Understand the logic behind each transaction and be able to connect tasks to the bigger picture Assist the mentor/team in administrative duties Develop skills in line with the role in specific business areas Develop leadership and management skills

Your Qualifications High School or equivalent
