Role Summary Your main role as a training coordinator is to work on elevating the quality of talabat riders, training operations and coordinating internally and externally in all training operations under the guidance of the local Associate Manager Logistics Training.

What's On Your Plate? Engage riders during the selection and interview process post-training. Update test / assessment outcomes in the relevant systems and tools. Support in focus groups and rider-centric activities. Support in conducting rider assessment activities post-training. Generate a daily / weekly attendance plan for upcoming training sessions. Enhance and improve rider quality. Experience rider's journey E2E at least once a month to understand the process as a whole and identify gaps in the onboarding & training processes. Highlight gaps in Rider Training Materials. Generate periodic reports pertaining to training activities (Rider performance and training outcomes).

What Did We Order? Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, ranging from riders and operations agents to managers. 1-2 years experience in any setting that requires interaction with applicants, customers or stakeholders on a daily basis. Effective communication skills. High level of empathy and compassion toward riders, restaurants and customers. Comfortable with technology and Basic to Mid level of understanding of apps and Excel / Google sheets. Fluent in English and in Arabic. Urdu is a plus!
