What's On Your Plate?
- Delivery Box Operations: Schedule, install, track, and maintain 3PL delivery boxes. Manage surplus boxes through timely collection and conduct monthly box count confirmations.
- Compliance Audits: Receive, verify, and submit all required 3PL documentation (e.g., trade licenses, insurance, delivery box permits, and bank documents). Perform on-ground audits of 3PL operations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Insurance Processing: Process rider accidental insurance claims.
- Inventory & Fraud Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure correct management of rider equipment. Review fraud cases and ensure necessary actions are taken by 3PLs.
- Project Support: Assist the 3PL team in project execution, providing administrative and operational support as needed.
