What\xe2\x80\x99s on the menu?

Support the maintenance and optimization of existing processes through regular data analysis and process reviews.

Assist in the development of training materials and the delivery of training sessions to ensure proper adoption of process improvements.

Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Provide regular updates on project status and results to Operations Excellence team members and other stakeholders.

What are we looking for? (Core Qualifications & Experience)

High school diploma or equivalent education

Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
