Job Purpose:
Receiving customer reports and delivering them to the repair specialists, and following up on their closure on the system, for the purpose of stabilizing and continuing the service, and applying all special standards according to the safety regulations and approved procedures to provide the best levels of service and make customers happy.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responding to calls from customers regarding emergency cases and transferring them to specialists.
• Receiving reports transferred from the call center through the system and taking the necessary action quickly.
• Submitting reports to the relevant technician and following up on them until they are closed in the system.
• Reports follow-ups contribute to following up and preparing the data of reports received by the region, and submitting them to the direct manager.
• Ensure implementation of operational performance indicators.
• Achieve Emiratization percentage in line with the company's plans and policies in coordination with the relevant division.
• Ensure that employees receive sufficient specialized training to develop their behavioural and technical skills in coordination with the Training & Development Department.
• Ensure that employees carry out the required tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Review, improve, and develop the procedures, processes, and policies of the Business Unit/Division/Department/Section in accordance with the standards followed in the company and ensure their implementation.
• Work to present initiatives that will contribute to developing the performance of the Business Unit/Division/Department/Section and employees, and ensure their implementation.
