JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Follow up and handle complaints and interruptions in the Distribution Network.
- Handle customer complaints and interruptions in the Distribution Network and take appropriate actions.
- Preparing daily reports and submitting them to the direct manager.
- Follow up and handle complaints related to power restoration.
- Ensure preparation and implementation of the annual operational plan for Business Unit/Division/Department/Section in accordance with DoM regulations.
- Ensure achievement of operational performance indicators.
- Achieve Emiratization targets.
