Prepare departmental work shift schedule, check employee time sheet, Leave applies in ESS & follow up administrative issue with HR/Admin on behalf of employee.
Coordinate for manpower arrangement for shift with Supervisor / manager.
Preparation of material handling / Slag handling daily, weekly, monthly & yearly shift reports.
Documentation for daily MH / Slag mobile Equipment’s healthiness reports, tool talk & raw material internal or external material transfer reports.
Assist Manager to prepare department ISO Documentation & record.
Make store reservation for General Consumable / raw material required for EAF /LRF smooth operation.
Follow company site safety observation SOP’s, company safety rules regulations while working in plant.
Check & Finalize all his Shift reports related to Material / Slag Handling Department, like DRI Received & Slag Transfer / Materials Reports, Mobile Equipment Report daily and monthly basis.
To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
To attend safety trainings planned for them.
