Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, the Coordinator, Marketing and Communications role is responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of marketing and communications operational plans and to address the marketing needs across the organization in line with the overall strategic and business goals. This role is also responsible for executing marketing, communications and promotional activities and driving programs that enhance M42\xe2\x80\x99s brand reputation and ensure consistency across all the marketing and communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Adheres to the division\'s policies, procedures and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies.
  • Contributes towards an innovative culture of continuous improvement for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participates in meetings and maintains professionalism and confidentiality as per the organization\'s standard code of conduct.
  • Completes personal performance evaluation cycle in a timely manner.
  • Participates in the implementation of the Marketing and Communications strategic and operational plans as well as public relations strategies in coordination with caregivers and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with M42\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategic and business goals, directed by the Line Manager.
  • Executes the implementation of marketing and communications activities including but not limited to brand marketing, public and media relations, internal and corporate communications, employee engagement, internal and external events, campaigns, online portal and social media channels and market research in alignment with M42\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines.
  • Manage events and sponsorships, followed by events reports to measure ROIs and effectiveness.
  • Support PR daily activities, follow-ups and offline media task.
  • Manage directly marketing requests communicated by caregivers, physicians and service line managers, and share them with marketing manager to filter and prioritize each request and ensure the delivery of the requests.
  • Support content generation of messages across all communication channels in English and Arabic when required.
  • Support content development, proof reading, internal emails drafting in English and Arabic.
  • Support Line Manager to ensure that all marketing related activities are completed in readiness of the Department of Health (DoH)/DHA audits, and support obtaining DoH/DHA approvals for PR and advertising activities.
  • Maximize the communication channels with key stakeholders the intended audience, in aim to mature the relationship and build trust.
  • Conducts regular research and market benchmark with the Line Manager to contribute findings and ensure continuous improvement in marketing and communication initiatives and programs.
  • Develops marketing reports on a periodic basis to highlight the achievements, targets and key milestones.
  • Participates in conducting and maintaining third party relations with media, advertising and specialized communications agencies.
  • Communicates effectively with team members and maintains good inter-functional liaison to ensure smooth implementation of operational activities.
  • Communicates applicable regulatory requirements in a timely and clear manner within the division.
Qualifications

UAE National only
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media and Advertising
  • 0-2 years of progressive career experience
  • Preferably with prior experience in a JCIA healthcare facility
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing and communication channel systems and programs
  • Strong knowledge of creative marketing and communication techniques
  • Ability to utilize surveys, verbal feedback, focus groups and other marketing measurement tools
  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly convey information and instructions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in written and spoken Englis
