MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To provide administrative support across the Line Maintenance department and contribute towards providing sufficient visibility of operational performance, through the efficient and timely flow of information. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the day-to-day office administrative duties.
Co-ordinates and distributes office and maintenance facility stationery, equipment and other fitments.
Co-ordinates and distributes maintenance staff uniforms and PPE (personal protective equipment).
Inputs all Line Maintenance staff rostering in the relevant systems including the compilation of staff availability reports for Line Managers.
Provides ongoing administrative support to ensure staff training is conducted in the most efficient manner including: gathering daily staff training requirements, inputting the required information on the relevant systems and booking the training facilities. .
Assists in the administrative requirements of all ongoing projects.
Assists engineering staff new joiners on all joining formalities in coordination with HR and provides ongoing support throughout their onboarding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Fluent in English
1 - 3 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
