Location : JLT
Work Timings: 8hrs a day and 5hrs a week
Contract : 12 months (extendable)
Roles and Responsibilities / :
Coordinate the resources in the managed services
Act as the point of contact for managed services
Assist the team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations of resources
Coordinate the team leads and the shifts of resources
Handling the customers in the Govt entity
Execute telephonic calls, internal coordination
Coordinating the monthly Timesheets, and attendance reports with the resources
Ensure invoicing is executed in a timely manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree holders (BBA/MBA - in Marketing Specialization) with a minimum of 4 years of related experience in UAE.
Experience in IT managed services is an advantage
Excellent customer service skills with English language (oral and written) communication skills.
Experience working in multi-national customer support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates in Dubai and able to join immediately are preferred.
