We are hiring a Coordinator- Holding Area to support infrastructure planning and on-site execution for large-scale events. This role involves coordination of logistics, maintenance, and access control, working closely with security and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily venue checks and report issues
Manage monthly/quarterly maintenance schedules
Coordinate infrastructure needs: security, fuel, lighting, water, drainage
Monitor vehicle access during build-up and teardown
Manage yard/zone parking and access logistics
Liaise with security, H&S, and contractor teams
Assist the Senior Director Venue Infrastructure as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Diploma or High School qualification
2+ years in event operations or venue logistics
Fluent in English; Urdu is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; EBMS knowledge is an advantage
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
