Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented

Coordinator - Founder's Office

to work directly with

Dr. Aditi Pagare

, Co-Founder of MediGrow.

You will accompany her to

sales meetings, shoots, and healthcare events

, ensuring every activity is

organized, documented, and aligned with MediGrow's brand and strategy

.
You'll also

represent the Founder in her absence

, guiding photographers, briefing clients, and ensuring all planned content is captured correctly.

This is an on-ground, fast-paced role ideal for someone who wants to grow in the areas of

marketing, content creation, and client management

.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany Dr. Aditi for

sales meetings, shoots, and events

across Dubai.

Represent the Founder

in her absence -- ensuring professional communication and flawless execution.

Coordinate with photographers and videographers

to capture the right frames, angles, and emotions based on the shoot plan.

Brief clients

before each shoot and ensure the agreed content is recorded. Take

detailed notes and action points

during meetings or shoots and share them with internal teams. Coordinate with Creative, Content, Video, and Web teams to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain organized documentation of all projects, assets, and shoot folders. Support the preparation of decks, proposals, and reports as required. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the brand's professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Based in

Dubai

, with a valid

UAE Driving Licence

(preferred). Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Media, or Business

. 1-2 years of experience in

marketing coordination, client servicing, or production assistance

. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of

social-media-based content and brand marketing

. Working knowledge of

Google Workspace, Canva, and social platforms

. Confident in representing leadership in front of clients, vendors, and partners.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
